The new trailer for "Precious", formerly known as "Push" , has been released, and suffice it to say, has Oscar written all over it. Although there has been much talk about Mo'Nique's devastating portrayal of an abusive mother, newcomer Gabourney Sidibe's performance as the titular character appears to be just as strong. It also seems like Mariah Carey will officially silence her critics with regard to her acting chops. I'm gonna put it out there; I was moved to tears by just the trailer alone. And being a lifelong movie fanatic, this has NEVER happened to me before.
Bravo to all involved with this one.

I have to agree. I am looking forward to this movie.. It has been a while since I have said that. To bad it could not come out during the summer film craze...
i was in the theater yesterday and watched the trailer. i cried, and cried, and cried, and cried... i had to youtube everything i could find about this movie, and my eyes are still red from tears. powerful!!!!!!!
